Two form entry junior school.

Tylers Green Middle School (TGMS) is a popular, highly-regarded two-form entry junior school located in a Buckinghamshire village setting, with 256 pupils, mainly from the local village, who feed in from the linked infant school. We strive to deliver the best holistic experience for our children, aiming for excellence academically, socially and emotionally to develop our learners into the best versions of themselves. Well-being is at the heart of everything we do, and we pride ourselves on providing a nurturing, supportive environment for our entire school family.
In November 2019, the Ofsted inspector made the following observations about our school:

“Behaviour throughout the school is exemplary. The school bear sits proudly in the classroom of those who have shown they can follow the school rules, work together and help each other out. He has a new home each week.”

“Teachers have high expectations of what pupils can achieve. Pupils enjoy learning; they say teachers make learning fun.”

“Staff display high levels of trust for each other and the school leaders.”

This school is committed to safeguarding children and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An Enhanced Criminal Records Disclosure will be sought from the successful candidate.
