We are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our Senior Leadership Team as an Assistant Headteacher - Maths at Wellfield School. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Headteacher to ensure that all students achieve their full academic potential. You will take the lead on Maths, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment that drives student success.

As Assistant Headteacher - Maths, you will provide leadership and direction to students, staff, parents, and the wider community. A key part of your role will be to continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of teaching and learning, ensuring that every student is encouraged to achieve the highest possible standards. Working with the Headteacher, you will turn the school’s vision into concrete goals and operational plans that promote high aspirations and drive school improvement.

You will be an exemplary leader and role model, demonstrating excellence in teaching, leadership, and behaviour management.
