What skills and experience we're looking for

We looking to appoint an experienced, hardworking and emotionally intelligent leader to join our senior leadership team. This new role will provide Wingfield Academy with the leadership capacity needed as the Secondary arm of the trust begins to develop. We welcome applications from experienced middle and senior leaders with a proven track record of improving subject outcomes, or those with whole school leadership experience that are looking for progression and have aspirations towards headship. The successful applicant with be given a whole school portfolio based upon their interest, experience and needs of the Academy. This will be discussed during interview, as will opportunities to fast track towards deputy headship within the year.
