Brookland Infant and Nursery School is a three form Infant and Nursery School and we celebrate the rich and diverse community that represents our school. We are a non-denominational community school and are maintained by the London Borough of Barnet. Each year group (Reception, Year 1 and Year 2) has 3 classes of 30 children and in our Nursery we offer 30-hour and 15-hour places. Most children go on to attend Brookland Junior School on the same site. The two schools have strong links to ensure that our children’s emotional, social and educational development progresses smoothly from 3-11. Both schools were built in 1952 and have grown and developed over the years.

Our school is a warm and welcoming place with a caring ethos. We promote an environment where diversity is embraced and where children thrive in a secure and happy environment. Our school is committed to high expectations and the achievement of high standards for everyone and the school community works closely together to achieve our school aims.
