Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Inclusion/SENCo job summary

We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Assistant Headteacher – Inclusion Lead and SENCo with high expectations for all children. This is a strategic leadership role where you will drive our inclusion strategy, support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), and ensure every child has access to an exceptional education.

As part of our leadership team, alongside the Headteacher and Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for curriculum, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our school.
