- Work collaboratively with the Headteacher and senior managers - To lead and inspire staff and pupils, so that all groups of learners secure the highest possible standards of achievement - To lead, manage, develop and evaluate subject/s throughout the school - To uphold and promote the school's restorative approach to developing positive behaviour - Play a key role in the wider life of the school
