Assistant Hydrotherapy Pool Manager job summary

We are currently looking to recruit a Assistant Hydrotherapy Pool Manager who is committed to supporting our students and school community. You will work alongside the class teacher and a team of professionals to support the learning and care of our very special young people. This is a truly a life enhancing role and one where no two days are the same.

You will be a confident, safety focussed and proactive individual.

It is essential for applicants to have:

• In-date RLSS Emergency Response Swimming Pool Qualification or Equivalent
• A current Pool Plant Operator's qualification or a willingness to complete this within 6 months
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

The successful candidate will:

• Have a positive and enthusiastic approach with a passion for supporting learners with SEND
• Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Develop and maintain positive relationships across the school community
• Be able to multi-task
• Have excellent IT skills
• Be flexible and solution focused
