Assistant Hydrotherapy Pool Manager job summary
We are currently looking to recruit a Assistant Hydrotherapy Pool Manager who is committed to supporting our students and school community. You will work alongside the class teacher and a team of professionals to support the learning and care of our very special young people. This is a truly a life enhancing role and one where no two days are the same.
You will be a confident, safety focussed and proactive individual.
It is essential for applicants to have:
- In-date RLSS Emergency Response Swimming Pool Qualification or Equivalent
- A willingness to undertake the Pool Plant Operator’s Qualification
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
The successful candidate will:
- Have a positive and enthusiastic approach with a passion for supporting learners with SEND
- Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Develop and maintain positive relationships across the school community
- Be able to multi-task
- Have excellent IT skills
- Be flexible and solution focused
- Be calm and patient
- Embrace working in a varied and sometimes unpredictable environment
