Assistant Pastoral Leader job summary
This is an exciting time to join our Pastoral Team as we build upon the success of our new pastoral structure in the school. Our team of Assistant Pastoral Leaders will each take responsibility for supporting the behaviour and attendance of a year group of learners and work together, to ensure students are being the best versions of themselves at all times.
We are looking for a professional and motivated pastoral member of staff to work closely with our Standards and Progress Leaders, who assume overall responsibility for each year group and ensure high quality pastoral care is available to our students. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and will support our students to develop academically, socially and emotionally at Manor High School. They will work as part of a growing team that is in place, to ensure we meet our school vision of ‘Excellent People, Excellent Results’.
