We are extremely proud of our enthusiastic and ambitious staff who are committed to helping our students become the very best they can be and, as such, the Academy is seeking a dedicated individual who can help us in our mission. We are hoping to appoint an outstanding individual to join our exceptional pastoral team. It is intended that the successful candidate will work alongside our existing team of Heads of Year and Pastoral Leaders in supporting our students with their day to day lives in school, including enhancing behaviour for learning, attendance and wellbeing.
The role will also involve working closely with our families and carers. It is hoped that the successful candidate will have previous experience and success in working with young people aged 11 - 18 years and have a genuine desire to help, support and nurture young people whilst upholding the Academy’s Lasallian values.
The Academy is committed to the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people and expects all of its employees to share this commitment. This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Amendment Order 1986 and, as such, it will be necessary for a Submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous convictions as well as a social media check.
