What skills and experience we're looking for

For this role, we are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader, who can drive Personal Development and Growth across the academy. Alongside the Vice Principal for Deep Experience, you will implement a PD offer fit for 2025. You will ensure that our academy offers a wide range of opportunities targeted at the needs, wants and aspirations of all of our young people, ensuring that those who are disadvantaged and those with SEND benefit fully.

You must be an excellent classroom teacher, prepared to be a role-model to both staff and students alike, with an unwavering drive, vision and a commitment to help others achieve. You will need the tenacity and integrity to deliver in challenging circumstances, removing barriers, and communicating a vision that inspires, motivates and enthuses staff, students and the community as a whole. We are passionate about ensuring that every child receives the very best level of education possible, and this passion shines through in all we do.

You will be well supported by an experienced leadership team as we work to raise attainment levels and offer engaging curriculum experiences.
