We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team. As Assistant Principal, you will play a vital role in the day to day management of the school, working alongside the Principal to communicate our vision and deliver excellent education for all pupils. You'll lead on one of our strategic priorities and drive excellence, championing the highest standards of teaching, learning and behaviour management.

In your school

Maltings is a 11-16 academy based in Witham, Essex. Situated between the cities of Chelmsford and Colchester, the academy has 900 students on roll and benefits from a purpose-built building that was constructed in 2011. There are excellent transport links to London which enables our staff and young people to take full advantage of the wealth of opportunities that London provides. Free car parking facilities are available on site.
