Are you an experienced leader with a strong commitment to inclusive education, high-impact interventions, and staff development?
Lift Bexleyheath is seeking an Assistant Principal with responsibility for Inclusion, SEND and Safeguarding to join the Senior leadership team. The role is critical to establishing strong leadership across the school. You will lead on one or more of the school's strategic priorities to drive academic excellence, create a positive learning environment, and ensure student and staff wellbeing.
The Assistant Principal will uphold and promote the highest standards of teaching and learning, as well as behaviour management, embedding the values of the school across students and staff.
This role involves significant leadership, line management, including accountability for SEND and Safeguarding provision through direct line management of the SENDCo and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
