Assistant Principal (Attendance, Behaviours and Standards) job summary

We are seeking an ambitious and inspiring Assistant Principal (Attendance, Behaviour and Standards) to provide strategic and operational leadership across the school. This is a key senior leadership role, working closely with the Principal and wider leadership team to drive sustained improvements in attendance, behaviour for learning, and student conduct.

This area of leadership is central to our school’s success. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of robust systems and interventions, ensuring high expectations are consistently applied and that all students are supported to thrive. You will use data intelligently to identify trends, remove barriers to learning, and promote a calm, purposeful, and inclusive learning environment.
