Assistant Principal - Behaviour and Relationships job summary

We are seeking an Assistant Principal to join our dedicated and supportive team, working with a responsibility for Behaviour and Relationships.
You will assist with the development and delivery of training for all staff in the areas of behaviour strategies and inclusive practice. This is the role for you if you are committed to ensuring the success of all pupils.
You will have:
a degree level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status
a sound understanding of the breadth of content covered across the primary core and foundation subjects
effective teaching, organisational and communication skills.
effective leadership skills with a passion and good track record for Behaviour and Relationships with staff, pupils and parents
