Brompton Hall School is looking for an inspirational and driven Assistant Principal to join our dedicated leadership team. Venn Academy Trust is seeking to recruit a dynamic, innovative, and proactive Assistant Principal to support the Principal and Senior Leadership Team in continuing the development of Brompton Hall School. We are looking for an ambitious individual who can work as part of a team to ensure it meets the needs of all pupils
You will have SEMH/SEND experience, be passionate about making a difference to maximise the educational and social opportunities available for children with EHCPs.
The successful applicant will:
- Be an exemplary classroom practitioner, able to model and disseminate high quality teaching and learning and whose practice provides a role model for others.
- Have the ability and skills to both lead a team and work as part of one
Be passionate and committed raising standards and making learning fun
Be up for a challenge and have a ‘can do’ outlook

Be willing to contribute to the life of our school and community
- Able to work with other staff to develop and bring the best from them, generating a positive, motivated and successful environment
