Assistant Principal job summary

Responsible for
o Leading an area of whole school provision
o Teaching and Learning across a Key Stage
o 2.5 days teaching commitment

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding leader, who has the vision, motivation and creativity to join the Christ Church Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will:
- Be committed to outstanding outcomes for all pupils and staff, by being strategic, inspirational and not afraid to innovate.
- Support colleagues in developing outstanding learning environments, which inspire learning opportunities for all our pupils.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills that are insightful, and demonstrate clarity of purpose.
- Be wholly supportive of the Anglican Ethos of the school
