Assistant Principal - Data, Timetable, Assessment & Technology job summary
Responsible to : Principal
Pay Grade : L12 - 16
This new post comes at a critical time in the school’s development - post-Covid, with a new Principal in June 2022 and an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ grading last December. We are excited to welcome a new member to our leadership team.
Key areas of responsibility for the new post holder are likely to include (but are not limited to) the following, across the full 11 - 18 school:
To provide strategic and operational leadership for the school’s use of data and technology.
To identify opportunities to further promote the use and analysis of school-wide data, working with colleagues to ensure the impact of any data analysis undertaken
To be a strategic lead on the creation and development of the school timetable.
To work alongside the AP (Quality of Education) to lead both strategically and operationally on the assessment and reporting processes.
To ensure that the use of technology throughout the school is effective and used to enhance teaching and learning
