This new post comes at a critical time in the school’s development  - post-Covid, with a new Principal in June 2022 and an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ grading last December. We are excited to welcome a new member to our leadership team. 

Key areas of responsibility for the new post holder are likely to include (but are not limited to) the following, across the full 11 - 18 school: 

  • To provide strategic and operational leadership for the school’s use of data and technology. 

  • To identify opportunities to further promote the use and analysis of school-wide data, working with colleagues to ensure the impact of any data analysis undertaken

  • To be a strategic lead on the creation and development of the school timetable. 

  • To work alongside the AP (Quality of Education) to lead both strategically and operationally on the assessment and reporting processes.

  • To ensure that the use of technology throughout the school is effective and used to enhance teaching and learning
