Assistant Principal - Director of Sixth Form job summary
To liaise with Key Stage 5 subject leaders to monitor students’ progress in relation to the targets set for each individual whilst ensuring that follow-up procedures are adhered to and that appropriate action is taken as and where necessary
To oversee the provision of subject information to parents, parents’ meetings and response to parents’ enquiries, ensuring that high standards are maintained
To maintain effective discipline through implementation of the school’s Behaviour Policy
To assist in the implementation of school Policies and Procedures.
To continue personal development as agreed
To engage actively in the performance review process
