What skills and experience we're looking for
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, passionate and ambitious professional to join the academy as a permanent Assistant Principal – Disadvantage Champion. The post holder will work closely with the Principal, senior leadership team and other colleagues in securing excellent outcomes for all our pupils regardless of their background so that they can excel in modern Britain.
Candidates must be proven successful leaders of change, collaborative communicators and dedicated team players with exceptionally high standards.
The successful candidate will be someone who;
- is committed to setting high expectations and standards for all;
- is unrelentingly ambitious for the students, staff and wider community;
- has the ability to lead, manage and inspire both students and staff;
- can manage long-term objectives whilst dealing effectively with fast moving day to day priorities;
- has vision, enthusiasm and works effectively within a team as a leader;
