What skills and experience we're looking for

Erdington Academy is a vibrant school in Birmingham, and we are looking for an expert practitioner to join our successful senior team.

You will lead on SEND, Careers and Community Engagement. Appropriate SEND training will be provided and not a barrier; we are seeking a teaching and learning expert to strategically lead our skilled SEND team and contribute to our Teaching and Learning and CPD programmes.

This is an exciting time to join us and a great opportunity to be involved in the next stage of development of this strong team. Over the last few years, there has been a real drive to develop collaborative planning of a well-sequenced, knowledge-rich curriculum in order to ensure our curriculum is inclusive and all students can achieve highly.
