A strong grasp of curriculum design and implementation will shape your approach to delivering an exceptional personal development offer. Highly organised and detail‑driven, you ensure that systems run smoothly and standards remain high.
Most importantly, you will be a collaborative professional who embodies the values and ethos of Lynn Grove Academy, contributing positively to a dedicated and ambitious team.
Our Ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Proven success as a senior or middle leader with a significant impact in their current role
- Experience of line managing multiple staff
- Strong understanding of curriculum design and implementation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
