Assistant Principal job summary

Following the promotion of the previous post holder we are now seeking a passionate Assistant Principal to join our team from September 2020

The role:
As a Senior Post Holder working in close collaboration with the Executive Principal and Head of Academy, you will set and embed high expectations in a key curriculum area throughout the school and drive continuous improvement through evaluation and quality assurance, ensuring that all pupils reach their full potential. You will contribute to the strategic direction of the academy and ensure that teaching and learning are of the highest standard.

This role will include classroom teaching responsibility, which is likely to be in KS2, and you will be the Maths Lead across the academy.

You will be joining an Ofsted rated 'Good' academy, with an extremely experienced Principal and long standing, stable team of staff.
