An established primary leader with the skill and vision to realise the huge potential of all-through education, you will take overall responsibility for the performance of the academy. To do this well, you will need to learn quickly, develop strong structures and provide clear strategic direction to the talented staff team. In turn, you will be supported by an experienced Director of Primary Education.
It is desirable (but not essential) that you have experience leading English and engagement with social media platforms.
