This is a pivotal moment to join Gracewood Academy, as we begin a bold new chapter following our transition into Future Academies on 1st November 2025. We are seeking an outstanding, ambitious, and morally driven Assistant Principal who is ready to play a central role in shaping the school’s future. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Principal - Inclusion. This pivotal role includes strategic leadership of behaviour, attendance and SEND, ensuring that every student, regardless of background or individual need, can access the curriculum, feel safe and supported, and achieve highly.
