Job Description
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and talented professional who can demonstrate leadership skills across the school and model outstanding classroom practice, with responsibility for Inclusion across the school.
What are we looking for?
• Has strong, inclusive roots in the classroom and is happy to model this to all staff
• Has high expectations of all children, regardless of their starting point
• Has experience in SEND provision (The position could suit an existing SENDCO who wishes to take on a wider school leadership role)
• Can show impact in their leadership experience
• Is committed to working with others
• Is passionate about teaching and learning
• Is a hardworking, imaginative thinker who has excellent organisational and time management skills
• Is committed to supporting all aspects of the school’s work
