About our Assistant Principal Role
We are looking for an Assistant Principal to join our Senior Leadership team. Ideally you will have strong experience at ks2 and be good with data . Experience across reading and writing would be advantageous but not essential. We're also keen to here from candidates with some experience in planning trips/visits. Finally you will be someone who is still committed to also being in the classroom and have a strong appreciation of pedagogy and the ability to coach others to help develop their practition. It’s an exciting time to join as we continue to strive to further improve outcomes for all our children.
You’ll be joining an Academy with great facilities and outdoor space, access to community hub and where every child has their own iPad. On Friday’s we run a collapsed timetable where enrichment is at the heart of the curriculum, there’s a huge variety of activities and clubs for our students to get involved in and this is something we’re proud of.

We would love to get the right candidate in role for September. Where this isn't possible we will be looking to appoint for after October H/T.
