About our Assistant Principal Role
You will be a leader who places safeguarding, inclusion and equity at the heart of every decision. You will understand the importance of strong pastoral systems, high‑quality SEND provision and early help in enabling children to thrive.
You will bring a secure understanding of curriculum, assessment and instructional practice, and you will enjoy thinking deeply about teaching. You will be able to translate research‑informed approaches into everyday routines and support colleagues to continually refine their practice.
We are looking for someone who leads with warmth, clarity and consistency - a visible, compassionate presence who builds trust with staff, families and pupils, and who holds high expectations with integrity.
