- Leading change effectively and contributing to the Academy Improvement Plan, self-evaluation and whole-school development
- Line managing and developing staff, promoting a culture of professionalism, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Promoting high standards of behaviour, personal development and wellbeing for all students
- Building strong partnerships with the wider community
What we’re looking for
- Successful teaching track record with evidence of strong practice
- Leadership experience in a school/academy and a proven impact on raising achievement
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and confident use of assessment to drive improvement
- Ability to motivate, challenge and support staff and students; excellent communication and teamwork
- A reflective, resilient leader with a clear commitment to safeguarding and the Oasis ethos

- Access to accredited and bespoke development programmes, including the full NPQ suite (in partnership with the National Institute of Teaching)
