Your Role

Queen Katherine Academy have an exciting opportunity to appoint an outstanding dynamic, driven leader to join their Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Principal - SEND Lead. You will play a key role in ensuring that any individual with a Special Educational Need and/or Disabilityacquires the necessary knowledge, skills and character to make a positive contribution to society and reach their full potential.

About You

You are a strong and confident leader who has demonstrable experience in raising achievements of learners with complex needs and who can work strategically across KS3 to KS5 to deliver key priorities. You are an ambitious Assistant Principal who is looking for a new and exciting challenge to develop the SEND Team and the systems and processes, to drive the continued improvement at Queen Katharine Academy.
