Assistant SENCO & Family Support Worker



We are looking for a passionate and dedicated SENCO Assistant and Family Support Worker to join our collaborative academy. Are you a passionate about delivering the best outcomes for students and families. We are looking for someone who can establish supportive relationships with pupils and families, providing support for their pastoral welfare and be part of the team that supports our most vulnerable pupils both in and out of the classroom. You will liaise with staff, parents and relevant outside agencies to provide appropriate intervention for vulnerable pupils and build trusting relationships.


You will work within our thriving Exeter school community, a wonderful and inclusive group of schools who work closely together to meet the needs of our children. The schools are part of the St Christopher’s Trust - a family of 21 Church and Community Schools spanning three local authorities and providing a rich network of collaboration. The Trust will build a package of exceptional continuous professional development, with clear support networks within each school and across the hub, to ensure that the appointed candidate loves coming to work each day!
