The Role
We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and hard working Assistant SENCO to join our amazing SEN team to support students in the Academy.

The Assistant SENCO will be responsible for the day to day running of the department under the supervision of the SENCO. The primary purpose of the role is to co-ordinate and deliver interventions for pupils with a range of special educational needs. The postholder will form part of this important team ensuring that the right learning environment is provided for students to achieve their potential. We are seeking a highly organised individual with experience in using Microsoft and who has excellent communication skills to liaise with staff, parents, students and external agencies. If you feel that you have the skills for this role we would be keen to hear from you.
