What skills and experience we're looking for

We are currently seeking a dynamic, hardworking and dedicated ASENDCO to support the Academy’s SENDCO with leading on Special education needs, SEMH and Alternative provision. We are looking for someone who will be passionate and committed to improving the opportunities, educational outcomes and life chances for all SEND pupils. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Inclusion to continue to develop high-quality provision for all SEND pupils that act as beacon for other secondary schools across the Trust. We are ambitious for Wingfield Academy pupils and seek an exceptional candidate who can help to further shape and implement our vision as we move towards Outstanding.
