Assistant SENDCo job summary

To support the SENDCo in the leadership, coordination, and management of SEND provision across the school. This includes providing high-quality support to pupils with SEND, assisting with SEND administration and compliance, liaising with external agencies, and supporting the planning, delivery, and review of interventions and support programmes. The role contributes to the inclusive ethos of the school, promoting access and engagement for all pupils with additional needs.
