We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and talented teacher with a proven track record of improving standards and an unwavering commitment to promoting the highest standards of SEND teaching and learning across the Academy. The successful candidate, teaching a reduced timetable, along side the Assistant SENDCo (non-teaching), will lead and manage SEND provision under the direction of the SENDCo and be relentless in the pursuit of excellence.

- work proactively with other leaders and multi-agencies to develop and implement highly effective SEND provision.
- have a track record of delivering clear impact with their own classes.

- have a proven track record of raising and maintaining standards and securing high quality provision.
- be an advocate of partnership working and community engagement.
- be a team player and work closely with other leaders and professionals to develop and implement effective strategies and processes of departmental improvement.
- have a true growth mindset and an exceptional work ethic and a sense of humour.
