Yardley Wood Community Primary are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic teacher to join our team in September 2022. This will be a 1 year fixed term contract – with a view to make permanent should funding allow. The contracted hours are 0.6 (3 days per week) although there will be flexibility in spreading the hours across the week and adapting start & finish times accordingly. The successful candidate will be a creative classroom practitioner. A proven track record of successful teaching in the Foundation Stage would be required. Experience in KS1 is desirable. The successful candidate will work closely with the Inclusion Lead. There will be considerable focus on assessing the needs of pupils with SEND, ensuring that those needs are met and liaising with external agencies and families, managing the graduated response for pupils identified with SEND.
