Assistant Site Agent job summary
We are looking to appoint a hardworking, reliable, self-motivated Assistant Site Agent to join our site team. This role would be ideal for someone who is flexible, conscientious, has good interpersonal skills, approachable, possess competent ‘handyperson’ practical and maintenance skills, takes pride in their work and enjoys working as part of a team.
37 hours per week – Full time (52 weeks), 25 days holiday (not in term time preferred) plus bank holidays
Hours: Rota – between 7:00am – 6:30pm Monday - Friday
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining premises in good state of repair
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Security of premises
- Daily opening and closing checks
- Daily health and safety checks.
- Heating and lighting
