Assistant Site Manager Grade 5 (£26,403 - 28,142) job summary

Stuart Bathurst Catholic High School is a wonderful school in the heart of Sandwell which has been on a journey of rapid improvement.

In our most recent OFSTED report (April 2024) we achieved ‘Good’ (Grade 2) in all areas, including 6th Form.

This most recent achievement, along with our ‘Outstanding’ Section 48 report (April 2022) enables prospective candidates to develop themselves as teachers in a proud, successful and supportive school community.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and flexible candidate to join our Site Team. The ideal candidate will work under the day-to-day supervision of the Site Manager, working within the practices and procedures of both the school and the Trust. This is a real opportunity for the successful candidate to shape the learning environments of our young people and have a positive impact on their outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide top-notch caretaking support to the school.
  • Ensure our school remains a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintain the safety, security, and general appearance of our buildings and grounds.
  • Work closely with the Site Manager and under the supervision of your line manager.

Visits are warmly welcomed by contacting a.clews1@stuart-bathurst.org.uk to arrange.
