Assistant Site Manager job summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly efficient and organised person to become the Assistant Site Manager for Shenley Brook End School. You will be a key member of the site team, supporting the Site Manager in ensuring the school premises and grounds are maintained to a high standard, providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Duties include
Assisting the Premises Manager ensuring that the fabric of the building and outside areas are maintained by inspecting, reporting and organising the repairs of defects or required improvement.
Covering for the Premises Manager in his absence.
Prepare the weekly roster to ensure efficient use of staff at all times including periods of sickness, annual leave and special events.
Ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly checks are undertaken to comply with H & S legislation.
Compile a monthly report to show all checks completed and report deficiencies to Premises Manager.
Plan the day to day work to ensure the best use of time.
Plan ahead with Premises Manager for future works.
