The position

We’re looking to appoint an ambitious Assistant Teacher with a strong commitment to working with students in an educational setting. As an Assistant Teacher you will work under the guidance of the SENDCO and subject teacher’s to support the teaching and the learning of all children and young people. Promoting the inclusion of all students ensuring they have access to opportunities to learn and develop. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school and ensure they receive the best possible education.

With around 1,000 students on roll and an over-subscribed Year 7 intake, we’re a popular school in the heart of Buckinghamshire. We’re fortunate to be based in a diverse, supportive and ever-changing community in Aylesbury and our students are respectful, hardworking and eager to succeed, borne out by our high attendance figures.
