Assistant Teacher - Next Steps Coordinator job summary

The main purpose of the role is to co-ordinate and deliver the Next Steps L9 intervention programme. To provide tailored support for a small group of students who face barriers to mainstream learning. The role includes structured planning, progress monitoring, liasing with families, and collaboration with teaching and support staff to promote re-engagement with education.
