About this Role

Assistant to the SENDCo - Term Time plus one week, 35 hours per week

Fixed Term starting 1st February 2026 - 31st August 2028

Salary: £24, 033 pa actual (£29,540 FTE SCP 14) to £25.239 pa actual (£31,022 FTE SCP 17)

We are looking for an Assistant to the SENDCo to join our dedicated team of staff at Lambourn C of E Primary, a small school with big ideas, set within beautiful grounds.

  • An enthusiastic team player who can contribute to the management and support of our pupils;
  • A supportive individual who could support our SENDCo with co-ordinating paperwork;
  • A person who can establish and maintain relationships with individual pupils and groups;
  • A caring individual who can support the learning and emotional needs of children as directed by the SENDCo.
