Assistant Vice Principal - Behaviour & Attendance L15-19 job summary
To lead behaviour and attendance across the academy, ensuring the highest standards, leading to a values driven culture of community cohesion that enables excellent learning at all times.
KEY FOCUS: The strategic leadership of behaviour and attendance across the academy, leading to an aligned pastoral system of attendance and behaviour, ensuring that students are aligned with the academy values; that students are safeguarded, and that attendance is maximised.
