What skills and experience we're looking for

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with substantial experience in a senior leadership role at deputy level
• A proven track record of raising achievement in mathematics and across whole schools
• Strong strategic leadership skills with the ability to drive improvement across multiple schools.
• Experience in teacher development, curriculum innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to student success.
