Do you bring the character and resilience needed to support young people who need a fresh start?

Can you create a safe, calm and consistent environment where every learner feels valued?

If so, Richard Barnes Academy are looking for you!

Your role:

As an Associate Tutor, you’ll work closely with teachers and specialists to support secondary‑aged students who benefit from an alternative provision setting. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring excellent communication skills, the ability to support literacy and numeracy, confidence in positive behaviour management and a reflective approach to your own practice. Experience supporting young people with complex needs is beneficial, but what truly matters is your commitment to our values and your desire to grow.
