Associate Vice Principal job summary
Outwood Academy Portland seeks applications from outstanding applicants with integrity, imagination and energy for the role of Associate Vice Principal.
To be successful you will firstly need to be an outstanding classroom practitioner, able to consistently deliver, and coach, excellent teaching and learning, and to ensure that this is at the heart of everything you do.
Outwood Academy Portland is rated Outstanding by Ofsted and based in the large friendly town of Worksop, near Sheffield and Nottingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for exceptional and experienced leaders. You will work alongside the Principal/Vice Principal to ensure that the leadership and management of the academy operates at the most effective level possible. You will be an inspiring leader with the energy and creativity to lead, motivate and rapidly raise standards. You must possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and share our single goal of ‘students first’.
