Attendance & Admin Assistant job summary

Our experienced Head teacher and her supportive senior leadership team are looking for a Administration & Attendance Assistant to join the office team at Belvedere Junior School. This role is term time only, 40 weeks per year and working 26 hours per week and working Monday - Friday 08.30-13.40.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Improve levels of attendance for all students.
  • Promote a positive attendance and punctuality culture at The Pioneer Academy.
  • Assist the school to reach its attendance targets.
  • To provide a reception service for all callers to the school.
  • To provide general administrative support.
  • Specific responsibilities include creation and maintenance of accurate and confidential records, and complying with data protection laws.
