Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours, 39 weeks (term time plus one week)

Working Pattern: 8am - 4pm Monday - Thursday, 8am - 3.30pm on Friday

Salary: Pathway 2, £21,567 - £22,970 per annum (FTE £25,185 - £26,824)

Your role:

As Attendance Administrator, you will ensure every student is accounted for and supported to attend, achieve and thrive. You will record, monitor and analyse attendance, maintain accurate systems, and work closely with pastoral teams to reduce absence and lateness.

This is a role where confidence with data meets compassion for people. You will communicate with students, staff and families, build positive relationships, and play a key part in safeguarding and supporting pupils to stay engaged in education.

Your curiosity will help you spot trends and celebrate improvement, while your commitment to detail and organisation will ensure systems run efficiently and deadlines are met. Most importantly, you will see the impact of your work every day. Your role will ensure students are present, supported and ready to succeed, making you a vital part of their journey.
