Attendance Administrator job summary

There is never a dull day in the school office. The office team are available to support both pupils and their families as well as colleagues and all visitors to school. The team have many areas of responsibility, including pupil and staff attendance, pupil lunch processing and site management. They are the main point of contact for all questions or concerns and so manage the school email accounts and the school website. We are a small but friendly team who try to always put the needs of our children and families first. We work together to resolve issues and to ensure that the school office is a happy and welcoming place.

A sense of humour is essential!

In Summary, the role will be to:

• provide professional administrative support to our school community.
  
• create an effective, warm and welcoming environment for all visitors to school
  
• support the Headteacher to improve pupil attendance
