Attendance Administrator
Pay range: Grade 4 SCP 7 to 11
Actual salary: £18,142.65 to £19,337.60
Working pattern: Part time, term time only plus 3 additional days
Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8am to 2pm)
Contract type: Permanent
Waingels, a popular 11-18 school where students achieve above national average and was identified as “continuing to be good” in a recent OFSTED inspection, is seeking to appoint an efficient and enthusiastic Attendance Administrator to join the Pastoral Team at Waingels. This post holder will be responsible for school attendance and will manage the attendance system. Previous experience with a school MIS system would be an advantage.
The Attendance Administrator will:
💡Monitor and evaluate school attendance
💡Manage school procedures for improving attendance and punctuality
💡Promote and support high levels of attendance, to support students in achieving their full potential
